DONGGALA-Ketua Jaringan SDA Sulawesi Tengah, M. Anas, meminta dan mendesak kepada Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia untuk mencabut izin area HPH PT. Taman Hutan Asri (THA) yang beroperasi di Kecamatan Dampelas Kabupaten Donggala, Sulawesi Tengah.<\/p>\n

“Dari hasil pantaun dan litigasi ditemukan ada pemguasaan Lahan Hutan dalam bentuk Izin areal HPH oleh PT. Taman Hutan Asri yang sejak tahun 2013 beroperasi tidak ada kemajuan. Artinya sudah berjalan 10 tahun sampai 2022, tidak ada produksi. Jika tidak disebut terlantar. Sehingga berpotensi merugikan negara dan masyarakat sekitar. Olehnya izin nya segera dicabut,” pinta Anas, di Palu, Jumat, 14 Oktober 2022.<\/p>\n

Lanjut Anas, selayaknya izin areal seperti ini, sudah harus dievaluasi\u00a0 oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dan Mentri Lingkungan hidup dan Kehutanan. “Lakukan
\nevaluasi menyeluruh, bila perlu langsung mencabut izin yang dikuasai HPH PT. THA,” tegasnya.<\/p>\n

Diketahui area dikuasai HPH PT. THA seluas 40.380 hektar, sesuai SK Menteri Kehutanan No. SK. 360\/Menhut-II\/2013, tertanggal 20 Mei 2013. **<\/p>\n
